Frozen strawberries
sub fruit of choice

Chia seeds
I used white chia seeds for this recipe
1-2
tbsp
Raw honey
optional – for added sweetness
Instructions
In a small saucepan over medium heat, cook fruit for 5 minutes.
As the fruit is cooking, mash it up with a spoon until a smoother consistency is formed.
Add chia seeds and honey and continue to cook for 3-5 minutes until jam has thickened.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
