Chewy bars

Golden flax
sub regular brown flax

Hulled hemp seeds

Collagen Peptides
unflavored

Almond Flour

Chia seeds

Almond butter

Coconut oil
melted

Pink salt

Dairy-free mini chocolate chips

I used Eating Evolved Crunchy Caramel bar

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the chewy bars.
In a medium baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spread mixture out onto pan. You can use a deeper pan for thicker bars.
Melt dark chocolate and oil.
Stir in maple syrup, if desired. I used about a teaspoon.
Spread chocolate on top of mixture.
Freeze for 20 minutes or refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
Cut bars into desired sizes.
Store in the refrigerator.
